 Devise and execute process and technology risk and compliance audits identifying and prioritizing key financial, operational, and information security risks and mitigation recommendations.

Guided Actavis and Allergan $70B Merger and $40B Carve-out (generics to Teva) activities in the United States and Ireland.  Consolidated Finance & Accounting (R2R) processes, rationalized and replaced global trade flows, and led ERP change adoption across 6 parent companies, 3 shared service centers, and 72 processing plants serving 52 markets. Program achieved clean cutovers with zero client impacts
